What do you like best about BLR EHS Hero?

It is comparatively easy to use. By this, I mean that it is not hard to find most areas and implement it in your daily routine. The usage frequency also increases because of this.

The customer support has also been very beneficial to solve any issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BLR EHS Hero?

These days there are so many AI tools available in other applications. This makes it easier to use many features and automates those features. I hope to see those in BLR EHS soon. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about BLR EHS Hero?

I have three things in no paticular order.

Ease of use and implementation, its pretty easy to figure out most areas without too much difficulty. The difficult part comes when you need to remember what you did last time for whatever youre working on.

The ability to have a one stop shop for all things safety and customization of the tools for your policies and programs. Its is acutally pretty fun to think outside the box of ways you can accomplish what you are trying to do.

The customer support for me has been outstanding. Parc is my guy for all things BLR and whether I am having a issue or I think something may work better if we adjusted this or that, he is always there to help. I have gotten on zoom calls multiple times with him to explain best practices or how a tool works. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BLR EHS Hero?

I think the thing I dislike, and it really is only one thing, is its hard for me to know who has what permissions and how that translates to thier screen. I am very visual so i can read what their permissions are, but it would be nice to have a way to see the screen as they see it, without changing their password. If that makes sense. I have had employees multiple times saying I dont have that on my screen, and sometimes they are correct and other times not. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is BLR EHS Hero solving and how is that benefiting you?

Reporting, documentation access, audit documentation, training documentation and reminders, SDS library, JSA, Lockout.

Just having a spot where you can control access, run reports and keep documentation is huge. I am sure we all have some sort of shared drive that has too many people with access and permissions and you end up with irrelevant documents, uncompleted documents, mutiple versions, etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about BLR EHS Hero?

The training materials offered are up-to-date, relevant and easily accessible. That EHS Hero has created a site-specific safety module for Municipalities. I received inquiries from competitors, but it didn't flow as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BLR EHS Hero?

More content should be bi-lingual. Our workforce is very diverse in terms of its employee. We have a high population of Spanish-speaking employees, so more is better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
