Two small complaints about Bloomfire - lack of homepage design flexibility and the extra fees required to add additional content and the absence of an embedded "back to results" button when you are navigating content within a search query. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like that Bloomfire can be adjusted to the way you search for information just by typing keywords that have been set up. All the reference information can be categorized, too, in groups for faster searches. Hyperlinks can be added for external searches. Bloomfire really is your friend!
