I really like its very good search capabilities that enables users to search for specific keywords within articles without fully entering the page. It has good indexing capabilities that enable these search capabilities.

I think it's a great tool overall and it can be even better with some different layout for the articles on the screen so people can find what they need even faster. It's not far from it though, so keep up the good work.

We have been using Bloomfire for about 3 years. Originally, we thought 50 seats would be more than enough. However, demand for this platform quickly moved us up to several hundred seats. This tool has given our insights team a super easy way of ensuring our stakeholders have access to not only their reports, but other related work. The share feature in Teams has been especially useful, allowing us to direct people to research we have already completed in the moment of the meeting. Bloomfire makes searching for content simple and just like Google. With everything at the tips of your fingers, it's easy to locate, understand, and update content in a snap. The only thing that is not as desirable is the view when it comes to images in the preview screen and Excel files. Sometimes they are a little blurry, which requires us to download the content. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The ease of working with their people. Our implementation manager, Ashley, was phenomenal throughout the entire implementation. Matt, Ryan, Amanda, Bobby, Tad, Sam, Samir and anyone we didn't mention were fantastic, dedicated and customer-focused. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Some of the functions of the tool are a little clunky. Manageable, but clunky. For instance, moving items out of the community and into specific groups creates a duplicate post, which can be confusing if using hyperlinks to connect related content together (meaning you could link to an unpublished version of the post because of that issue if you're not paying attention).

The posts themselves are "squished" together because of the dedicated deadspace on both sides, which prevents authors from using wider formats. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
