It offer many benefits like its user-friendly interface allows even those without extensive technical skills.

This is especially helpful for remote teams or those spread across different locations.

"Best report tool, replaces office365"

What do you like best about Blockspring?

That we can reduce costs by quiting Office365 and moving the reports on the cloud being accessible anywhere not just offline. We like the interface and the ui design. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Blockspring?

Sometimes the pages load slow but I'm sure this will be improved in time. If the page crashed you lose all your data and an offlie copy is required which defeats the purpose of having all on the cloud. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Worst customer service"

What do you like best about Blockspring?

The service could be good, but lacks customer service Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Blockspring?

Worst customer service ever, they do not comunicate with you so if you run into any issues at all just don't expect a solution. You will most likely have to change services after a while. Just not a reliable service.

My issue was that payment didn't go through because my card expired. I wasn't notified of the payment failure so service stopped without notification. Once I realized I updated my payment and tried contacting the blockspring team to get charged, no answer. Literally all I want to do is pay them so I can use the service as regular, but no one will answer.

I can't imagine how bad this would be if I actually relied on blockspring to run my business. Trash customer service. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Blockspring:

Find a service that is more reliable. I regret choosing blockspring and now I have to recode and transform part of my platform because of this unreliable service Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Blockspring solving and how is that benefiting you?

Honestly I use blocksrping for unique identifiers for uploaded pictures and profile unique ID's. Be careful with this service as if you run into any issues you wont be able to solve them in a timely manner at all. I even contacted the founders (who answered) and then was redirected to a team member that never replied. Impossible to get help. If you use this service have a back up plan for when it fails. - The ease with which automations can be built

- You simply upload a CSV of leads and you can get multiple enrichments
