Blendoor excels as a platform that fosters diversity in hiring and ensures equitable assessment procedures. Its transparent and impartial filtering capabilities effectively showcase candidates' skills, facilitating employers in selecting the most qualified individuals.

**What do you dislike about Blendoor?**

However, some users have observed that the interface can be intricate and occasional delays in operations. Enhancing user experience through a more intuitive interface and expedited processing times could enhance overall usability.

**What problems is Blendoor solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Blendoor addresses the challenge of promoting diversity and equity in recruitment processes, which benefits me directly by providing equal opportunities and fair evaluations. Personally, I secured my job through this app, benefiting from its focus on meritocracy and inclusive hiring practices.

Linkedin account is not active yet and the business is not become real.
