**What do you like best about Blackout?**

It's easy and efficent. I like the abilities and functionality of the application

**What do you dislike about Blackout?**

queue gets backed up alot. Old stale jobs still showing in the queue months later

**What problems is Blackout solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Redactions are so much simpler and quicker using blackout within Relativity.
