Ties in with Google Customer Reviews, good price. Dedicated Account Manager is available to answer any questions. We use it on 3 of our sites and have had good results. The new integration is straightforward with just an App to download and a Merchant ID to enter. The ability to remove Site Abandonment surveys with one click also helps, it just isn't something we want for all sites so being able to remove them is great.
