Their transparency stands out as well. We always know what’s being sent, who’s being targeted, and how the campaigns are performing. Overall, it feels like working with a growth partner rather than just an outsourced vendor.

**What do you dislike about Biznatron?**

Outbound almost always requires testing and adjustments at the start. In the first few weeks, we had to refine the messaging and dial in the targeting to improve response rates. That’s simply part of any outbound strategy, so companies expecting immediate results should keep in mind that optimization is built into the process.

To their credit, Biznatron was responsive and proactive, and they made improvements quickly.

While working with Biznatron, make sure you work closely with them on highlighting your products USPs, the call scripts and ICP/Segmentation. Once these bits is finalized, they can do wonders for you. The good part is, they educate you as well for any knowledge gaps.
