Bizagi is an enterprise platform for business orchestration and AI automation, enabling organizations to design, automate, and run complex end-to-end processes that bring together people, AI agents, systems, and data. Unlike point AI tools, Bizagi is the operational layer where AI, processes, and enterprise systems work together: governed, auditable, and production-ready. Built on more than two decades of enterprise process expertise, Bizagi brings the depth of operational knowledge that newer AI platforms simply have not had time to develop. That foundation is what makes Bizagi's AI story credible where others are still experimental. Bizagi's native AI capabilities are built directly into the platform. AI Agents are reusable, GenAI-powered assistants configured in the AI Hub, capable of content generation, document analysis, classification, summarization, and more. They can be invoked from processes, interfaces, or other agents, and integrate via connectors and Model Context Protocol to reach internal and external systems. AI Workers automate repetitive tasks inside forms and workflows by analyzing rules, field history, and process context, operating in supervised or more autonomous modes and improving through reinforcement learning. Ask Ada, Bizagi's conversational analytics assistant, lets users query business data in natural language and receive answers, charts, and insights, all within Bizagi's role and permission model and grounded in both process data and enterprise documents through a built-in RAG knowledge layer. Governance is central, not optional. Bizagi runs on Microsoft Azure with Private OpenAI integration, keeping sensitive data within a secure perimeter. AI features require deliberate configuration and deployment. Generative AI capabilities are intentionally built into workflows rather than casually enabled, and Data Domains, Personas, and Bizagi's role model control precisely what any AI capability can access and how results can be used. Customers see results fast. Stone Coast Fund Services reduced processing time by 80% across more than 25,000 annual service requests, going live in six weeks. Bizagi's AI Ignite packages take organizations from zero to live AI Agents or AI Assistants in approximately seven weeks, combining software and professional services to de-risk early projects. With over 1,000 enterprise implementations across financial services, manufacturing, healthcare, and government, Bizagi is named in the 2025 Gartner Magic Quadrant for Business Orchestration and Automation Technologies (BOAT), Microsoft Certified for AI in Financial Services and Manufacturing, and a G2 leader across Agentic AI, AI Agents for Business Operations, BPM, and Digital Process Automation. Customers include DHL, Unilever, Caterpillar, and Old Mutual. For more information, visit bizagi.com.

4.5/5

What do you like best about Bizagi?

Its been useful for aliging different teams around a shared view a process. The visual modeling makes it simple to explain workfkow to non technical stakeholders and it also lets multiple users collaborate on the same process in real time. "Clear Visual Workflows That Empower Business Teams and Improve Process Visibility"

4.5/5

What do you like best about Bizagi?

Complex workflows easier to understand by turning them into clear visual diagrams. I find it useful that business teams can actually participate in process design instead of relying entirely on developers. The ability to quickly modify workflows without major rework helps when processes evolve. Built-in process tracking gives visibility into where things are stuck, which helps during operations.

It supports gradual automation, you don’t have to automate everything at once. It helps bring structure to processes that were previously informal or inconsistent. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Bizagi?

The interface can feel slightly outdated compared to newer tools. Setting up integrations with external systems can take effort. Debugging issues in live processes isn’t always intuitive. Documentation sometimes needs deeper exploration for advanced use cases. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Bizagi solving and how is that benefiting you?

Converts unstructured, manual workflows into defined, trackable processes. Improves accountability by clearly defining roles and responsibilities. Reduces delays caused by unclear handoffs between teams. Helps identify inefficiencies through process visibility. Enables teams to standardize operations across departments. The biggest benefit is control, processes become predictable instead of dependent on individuals. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Easy, BPMN-Friendly Tool for Clear, Professional Workflow Diagrams"

5/5

What do you like best about Bizagi?

Its easy to get started with, even if you’re not very techincal. I mostly use it to create process diagrams and document worlflows. The interface is clean and straightforward, so its fast to build clear, professional looking diagrams without a lot of friction. It also has enough flexibility to handle more complex workflows while still feeling simple for everyday tasks. It follows BPMN standards, which makes sharing and aligning with other teams much easier. And if you want to go beyond basic modeling, there are integration options and automation features available as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Bizagi?

As models get larger, they can start to feel a bit heavy and slower to work with. Its not something I run into every day, but on bigger projects it becomes noticable and can affect the overall workflow. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Bizagi solving and how is that benefiting you?

It had made it much easier for our team to document and clearly explain processes. As a result, processing times have been significantly reduced and accuracy has improved across departments. It has also supported onboarding and helped cut down on project miscommunication. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Ask Ada: natural language reports and instant graphics"

5/5

What do you like best about Bizagi?

What saves my life is the Ask Ada AI Assistant. Instead of spending hours creating custom reports for management, you just throw in the question in natural language and it instantly generates charts. It has taken tons of operational work off our shoulders. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Bizagi?

The frustrating thing is the old SOAP Integrations when they fail. The Rules Engine sometimes doesn't catch the timeout and the work portal freezes badly. You have to insert Non-Contextualized Functions to handle retries through code so that the deployment doesn't end up failing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Bizagi solving and how is that benefiting you?

The biggest headache was connecting our legacies through REST APIs without killing the performance of the queries. With the Data Architecture and the Rules Engine, we centralized the logic, saving weeks of manual coding and greatly speeding up the team's deliveries. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Bizagi makes process automation more approachable with its drag and drop designer. It also supports integrations with REST services, SQL, SAP, Active Directory and other business applications, so tying into existing systems feels straightforward. Its process monitoring tools are useful for tracking workflow progress and seeing how work is moving through each step. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Bizagi, the best modeling tool."

5/5

What do you like best about Bizagi?

Improvements related to the overall user experience and model management. user-friendly, drag-and-drop environment that allows both business users and IT professionals to design, model, and automate workflows with minimal custom coding. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Bizagi?

Needs Better AI integration.

This would be my biggest suggestion.

Bizagi could use AI to:

\* Automatically generate a BPMN diagram from a written description.

\* Enterprise tier licensing and per-user/per-process models can quickly become expensive, making it less cost-effective for small to medium-sized businesses or smaller-scale projects. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Powerful process automation for events, but expect a serious onboarding phase"

5/5

What do you like best about Bizagi?

As the person in charge of making sure multiple big events run smoothly, I used to have a hard time keeping everything organized behind the scenes. It wasn't the fun, creative part of planning events that was the problem - it was the boring, logistical stuff. For example, sometimes a vendor would be waiting for approval, but the email would just sit in someone's inbox for days. Or, someone would be away from the office, and we'd have to wait for them to get back before we could move forward with something. And sometimes, tasks would fall through the cracks because we didn't have a clear system for keeping track of who was responsible for what. Everything was getting done, but it was taking a lot of extra effort to make it happen. We had to constantly follow up with people, send reminders, and manually keep track of everything. It was a lot of work, and it wasn't sustainable as we started to plan more and more events. Then we started using Bizagi, and it made a big difference. It gave us a way to actually plan out our processes and automate the work that needed to be done. The tool for building processes is really easy to use - I'm not a tech expert, but I was able to map out our workflows for things like confirming venues, onboarding vendors, and getting approvals without needing help from our IT department. Once we had those processes set up, the system took care of everything else. It handled the notifications, the reminders, and the escalations automatically. Things that used to require me to personally chase down approvals now just happened on their own. The visibility it gives me into what's going on with all of our events is amazing. I can look at any event and see exactly where everything stands - what approvals are still pending, what tasks are overdue, and who's working on what. Before, I had to send out multiple messages and wait for people to get back to me to get that kind of information. Now, I can walk into meetings with stakeholders and have a real-time picture of where everything is, which has completely changed the way we have those conversations. What I appreciate most about Bizagi is how well it scales. Whether we're planning a small community event or a huge corporate conference, the system can handle it. I can build templates for different types of events and adapt them as needed, without having to start from scratch every time. That alone has saved my team a huge amount of time when it comes to setting up our events. Overall, Bizagi has been a game-changer for us. It's helped us streamline our processes, reduce manual work, and improve communication. We're able to plan and execute events more efficiently, and that's made a big difference for our team and our stakeholders. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Bizagi?

So, I want to give you my honest opinion about using Bizagi to design processes. The biggest challenge is the amount of time and effort you need to put in upfront. It's not just about learning the tool, but also about really understanding the process you're trying to automate. This can be tough, especially for teams that are used to informal systems and relying on individual knowledge. We spent almost three weeks just mapping out our core event workflows before we could even start building them in the platform. It was a lot of work, but it was necessary and worth it in the end. However, the sales process doesn't really prepare you for how much time and effort this will take. The interface is powerful, but it can be overwhelming at first, especially for new team members. Our junior coordinators took a few weeks to get comfortable using the process modeler and understanding how to work with active workflows without causing any problems. Bizagi does offer some training resources, but they're not all created equal - some areas are well-documented, while others seem to assume a level of technical expertise that not everyone has. Overall, it's worth noting that building a workflow in Bizagi requires a significant investment of time and effort, not just in learning the tool, but also in defining and documenting your processes. This can be a challenge, but it's also an opportunity to really understand and improve your processes. With time and practice, team members can get comfortable using the platform, but it's essential to be aware of the learning curve and plan accordingly. Sometimes, it's tough to customize the process logic for unusual situations. We have events where unexpected things happen - like a last-minute change in venue or a vendor backing out 48 hours before the event. In these cases, we need to override or manually change the standard workflow. But handling these exceptions in Bizagi can be tricky, it either requires changing the process or manual intervention by an admin, and doing this when time is of the essence is not always easy. Having more flexibility to adjust the workflow in real-time without having to republish the entire process would make a big difference in high-pressure situations. This would allow us to respond quickly to unexpected changes and ensure that our events run smoothly. With the ability to make adjustments on the fly, we could avoid the hassle of manual workarounds and reduce the risk of errors, which would be a huge relief when we're dealing with tight deadlines. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Bizagi solving and how is that benefiting you?

Our team was stuck in a tough spot - we were running everything on memory, personal connections, and constant informal chats. It was a nightmare waiting to happen, with one sick team member or miscommunication away from disaster. We couldn't keep relying on people's heads, WhatsApp groups, and individual email threads to keep our event coordination process going. It just wasn't sustainable for a growing operation like ours. That's where Bizagi came in - it gave us the infrastructure to move away from that chaotic system. Now, every key process we have, from the initial client brief to post-event reporting and vendor payments, has a clear, documented, and automated flow. When a new team member joins, they don't need months of training to figure out how things work. They just follow the system, and it guides them through every step of the way. This has made a huge difference in our onboarding process - it's faster, and we've cut down on errors that happen when people don't know the ropes. But what really surprised me was the impact it had on accountability across the team. When every task is assigned, has a deadline, and is visible to everyone, people take ownership in a whole new way. It's not about spying on each other - it's about clarity. Everyone knows what they're responsible for, when it's due, and what happens next. That clarity has reduced the number of internal meetings we need, because the system answers most of the questions we used to discuss in those meetings. It's been a game-changer for us, and I'm so glad we made the switch. Our team is more efficient, more accountable, and more focused on getting things done. We're not perfect, but we're a lot better off than we were before Bizagi came into the picture. I think the biggest benefit, though, is the peace of mind that comes with knowing our processes are solid. We're not just winging it anymore - we have a system that works, and that's a huge weight off our shoulders. We can focus on growing our events operation, rather than just trying to keep our heads above water. And that's a great feeling. So, if you're stuck in a similar spot, I'd definitely recommend taking a closer look at Bizagi. It's not a magic bullet, but it's a powerful tool that can help you streamline your processes, improve accountability, and reduce errors. And that's something worth exploring, if you ask me.

We've seen a big difference in how our events are run, and our clients have noticed it too. We can now give them more accurate updates on how things are going, spot potential problems earlier, and provide detailed reports on how everything was managed. Some of our clients have even commented on how organized we are compared to other companies they work with. This has really set us apart when we're competing for new business. In terms of numbers, we've been able to deliver events more quickly, and we've had a lot fewer last-minute issues because of missed approvals. I've also been able to free up a lot of my own time - I'd say about 40 percent - which I can now use to focus on planning events and building relationships with our clients. This is exactly what I should be doing as an Event Operations Manager. Overall, our new process has made a big impact, and we're able to provide a better service to our clients. We're more efficient, more reliable, and more organized, and that's making a real difference in our business. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
