One of its biggest strengths is Bizagi Modeler, a free desktop application that lets teams design, document, and publish workflows, with built-in error checking to keep diagrams aligned with BPMN 2.0 standards. That jump often catches non-technical users off guard. The downsides of using Bizagi also show up in day-to-day execution and maintenance. I don't have do much development activity as the bizagi suite itself provides lot api's behind the scene. With new AI intelligence and document processing it's more compelling for development activities. When it comes to UI/UX, business analysts and developer can easily understand what exactly being developed. Was able to reduce the development time a lot and have been improved a lot with performance metrics when i integrated with other systems. The thing I like working as a project coordinator about Bizagi is that it takes a lot of the chasing people around of the process. We use it for approvals, document reviews, and routing request between teams. R workflow builder is pretty straightforward, and being able to reuse existing process templates saves time. Bizagi helps automate the entire workflow and integrates with SharePoint. It also supports email notifications and desgin support, which helps keep the prcess operational and measurable. What helps me most is that me visualize everything without relying on spreadsheets since process structure is clear and easy to follow. What do you dislike about Bizagi? My account was integrated with Quickbooks and Bizagi. Since the two systems, it can add some cost and complexity, but at this point everything ia rinning smoothly and there aren’t any active issues. Bizagi isn't really based on coding which I don't understand either as you essentially build your workflow by dragging the icons across the screen and it creates your flowchart. And it also allows you to visualize an entire process, including where each step may be "stuck". But at least it connects with SharePoint and performs as expected. I'm also sick of the completely unhelpful error messages. When it does break, you'll never be able to tell what exactly was broken. It mostly works, but there's an arbitrary limitation placed on printing PDFs per month, which is ridiculous. Also, this costs far too much money for a smaller organization. It takes care of all the manual processing people were doing on paper and it solves the lost chain-of-communication issue from long email threads. Once you create a set of steps, it will send those forms to the correct individuals. Works as intended. I don't have to run after managers for their signature anymore and really thanks for that. I like that workflows can be automated gradually instead of forcing a complete process overhaul at once. Built-in task tracking gives better visibility into pending approvals and bottlenecks.
