What do you like best about Bizagi?

The interface is intuitive, it supports BPMN very well and you can digitize your processes in a very pragmatic way. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Bizagi?

The simulator tends to crash sometimes, the simulation results are sometimes not easy to interpret, it is not friendly in helping you identify errors and the input functions do not seem to work sometimes. The entry cost for the studio version is impossible for SMEs and small businesses. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Bizagi solving and how is that benefiting you?

Bizagi allows you to understand the behavior of a process and simulate possible changes and their impact. It allows simple processes to be digitized and orchestrated with other applications. For more complex processes, the cost and effort do not compensate for the value provided. It would be better to go for custom development on a Low Code platform or from scratch.
