**What do you like best about Bistrono?**

Bistrono saves me hours of manual calculation every week. As a catering business owner, I can finally see exactly how profitable each dish and event is. The interface is simple, and the dish calculator instantly shows my margin, total cost, and VAT. The PDF offer generator is also a big plus — I can send clients professional quotes in minutes.

**What do you dislike about Bistrono?**

So far, everything works really smoothly. It would be great to have more integrations with POS or accounting systems in the future, but for pricing and profit control, Bistrono already covers everything I need.

**What problems is Bistrono solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Bistrono helps me clearly understand the real profit of every dish and catering order. Before, I used spreadsheets and often guessed my prices. Now I can instantly calculate food cost, staff time, and margin in one place. It’s helped me stop underpricing my dishes and make smarter business decisions.
