Newforma Konekt Reviews & Product Details

I like Newforma Konekt's strong search capability and its ability to associate project-related emails. The CA tools for RFIs and Submittals are the most commonly used items, and their ability to be shared with external team members who do not have a Newforma license is really beneficial. The search everything tool allows looking for digital project-related items through one platform, including email, documents of all sorts like PDFs, Word, Excel files, AutoCAD files, and more, with a viewer for almost all document types. It also facilitates organized tracking of RFIs and submittals from original submission to closeout. Switching from Newforma Project Center to Konekt when we went entirely to cloud-based data storage was a smooth process. Konekt was remarkably easy to set up and get started; migrating 1000+ projects from NPC to Konekt had very few hiccups, and it is simpler to manage than NPC. Newforma Konekt is constantly being improved and new features are released, but not all of the features from Newforma Project Center are available yet. I would like to see the addition of the teams and meetings feature similar to Newforma Project Center. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
