Manufacturing management: helps manufacturers to streamline their production processes and improve their efficiency. **What do you like best about Bigsun ERP?**

The only good thing about Bigsun is its "Chart of Accounts" which is actually pretty well made, customizable, and exports into excel in a good usable format. Everything else is the worst you can imagine.

**What do you dislike about Bigsun ERP?**

Bigsun ERP does not have a solid accountancy foundation and fails miserably at the very basic level.
- Journal entry system is not robust
- Forex accounting, conversion, and year end revaluations do not function well
- User interface is the worst that I have seen in my career
- Support is average. While they are pretty responsive, they usually do not have the capabilities to support the requirements.
- Reports are pretty basic
- And many more such issues...

**What problems is Bigsun ERP solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Bigsun did not solve any of our problems, which is why we had to move to a different ERP platform.
It's poor fundamental base and average reporting were the primary reason for the shift.
