**What do you like best about Big River?**

Easy to find the types of product you're looking for. 

**What do you dislike about Big River?**

Not that much discounts to look for. Needs not variety and better priced stuff.

**Recommendations to others considering Big River:**

Can find lots of products for a fairly discounted price. 

**What problems is Big River solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Not related to business problems. For personal use. We just get discounts through the company.

**What do you like best about Big River?**

Marketplace is very user friendly and has the ability to offer online discounts and promotions to attract more customers/donars for events.

**What do you dislike about Big River?**

Cost was too high for our School group to maintain. As a non profit youth group anytime there is a cost approval of the board needs to be met prior to the expense.

**Recommendations to others considering Big River:**

Overall this is a nice easy to use program, we had issues getting our information to sync but that did get resolved in the end. The program was voted on to be too expensive for our group to maintain, anytime there is an expense within a non profit youth group we have to follow the board guideline and review.

**What problems is Big River solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Online payment options to help keep our members up to date with dues and activity fees, as well as our annual fundraising campaigns which reach out to new and seasoned donors.
