I find Betty Knowledge Assistant very simple to update and appreciate the automation features that allow us to automatically pull content like transcripts from videos and from our website. The staff at Betty are wonderful, providing not just help and guidance to ensure everything works, but also assisting us in ideating solutions and ways to get the most out of our implementation, which benefits our members greatly.

I use Betty Knowledge Assistant to help members find what they need on our website. It helps teachers save time creating classroom resources, supports advocacy efforts, and allows for customized content creation, reducing the need for boilerplate responses.

Betty did a great job presenting our industry member-specific content in the recipient’s native language. This was a pleasant surprise and helped increase exposure to the rich content our organization has to offer.

**What do you dislike about Betty Knowledge Assistant?**

It took some time to get analytics back on how much the tool was being used but that is being improved.
