What do you dislike about BetterQA?

If I had to point out an area for improvement, it would be that more proactive status updates during the early phases of a project would be helpful. While delivery and quality were solid, having slightly more frequent check-ins at the start could improve alignment. Overall, this was a minor issue and didn’t impact the final results. What do you like best about BetterQA?

Solid QA partner with strong compliance focus (they're ISO 13485 certified, which mattered for us). Found critical bugs in our mobile app before release - things Appium alone wouldn't have surfaced quickly. Team feels like an extension of ours; same engineers throughout.
