What I like best about Better Stack is how easy it is to use. The intuitive backend requires no complicated configuration, making it truly a "fire and forget" solution. The one thing I dislike about Better Stack is that the free tier pauses all active monitors if you don't log in to the backend for a certain period (30 days as far as I remember). I like how you can modify the UI a lot, and how easy it is to use. Also, I think it's a really good service, especially considering it's free. It offers numerous free options that other services don't, and their UI is remarkably sleek. Additionally, the ability to set up your own CNAME adds to the overall versatility and customization options, making the experience even more organic and tailored to individual needs. To be honest, what I dislike is the requirement to provide a phone number for signup. I feel like email should suffice, and a phone number should only be necessary if you choose to use it. Although there are many uptime monitor apps to choose from, Better Stack is the top tier app, whether you need reliable metrics or more in depth alerts and monitoring capabilities.
