The current two-factor authentication (2FA) in Better Stack only supports Time-based One-Time Password (TOTP) methods, which are susceptible to phishing attacks. I believe that including support for WebAuthn methods, such as YubiKey or other physical keys, would enhance security significantly. I like Better Stack for monitoring because it sends alerts to trace my websites, helping me monitor them 24/7. I find it a bit difficult or unclear to configure the status page to display more detailed information. It would be more helpful if there was an easier way to go beyond the basic template to create something richer in information.
