There are too numerous items to list in this review. We our out of pocket thousands of dollars trying to make the system work. We ended up scrapping the software package and just going with a new vendor. Luckily we were able to use our brand-new existing equipment and did not have to reinvent the wheel.
The tech support is one man who is deaf and only responds to emails. He is not based in the US. The back end is out of date and because it is not supported by Microsoft anymore, there have to be workarounds to make it work. We spent money with this company to do what it advertised it would do, and the patches still do not work. DO NOT BUY THIS SOFTWARE!!!! Please do not make the mistake we made and lose money with this company. You can contact me directly and we can provide the documentation to show you what happened to us.
