**What do you like best about beams?**

beams guides me through my workday from the menu bar, allowing me to join meetings with one click, silence distracting notifications with Focus Mode, and see my weekly calendar stats to know how I am utilizing my time and whether I need to make improvements to my schedule.

**What do you dislike about beams?**

It would be nice if beams integrated with Windows.

**What problems is beams solving and how is that benefiting you?**

beams is helping me manage my time more effectively. Before using beams, I had little idea how healthy my schedule was, and struggled to have acurate statistics about how I spent my time. Now, beams shows me exactly how much time I spent in focus mode and in meetings, and helps nudge me to make improvements to my schedule.

**What do you like best about beams?**

Beams has been a staple on my screen since the first day I installed it. I connect my Google account and add my calendars. and I can see all my meetings in one place, without switching to another app for a calendar and jump on the next meeting with a simple keyboard shortcut. 

I also use the pomodoro feature quite a bit, it helps me get things done and I can choose to create a calendar blocker or snooze slack notifications while I'm doing deep work. It's a life saver in a fast corporate env. 

Also I like the analytics they provide and it seems like the analysis of my calendar is getting deeper and deeper as they add new information.

**What do you dislike about beams?**

It can be rough around the edges sometimes, an unknown error here and there. But they're very responsive on their slack community and they listen to their users.

**What problems is beams solving and how is that benefiting you?**

- Cognitive load
- Makes focusing and deep work easier.

Still waiting on more integrations. Hope calendar insights can become more granular too.

Understanding my scheduling. Joining calls without having to look for meeting links.
