## About Beam
Beam AI is an enterprise AI agent platform for finance, HR, and back office operations. Today, Fortune 500 enterprises and scale-ups run it in production. At its core, the Agent OS translates a company&#39;s standard operating procedures into self-learning agents. Those agents handle routine work on their own and adapt as exceptions arise, while decisions that carry real consequence are routed to people. Because that work runs against the systems a business already depends on, Beam integrates with more than 1,000 of them, including SAP and Salesforce, and runs in the cloud, on-premises, or hybrid. It meets GDPR, ISO 27001, and SOC 2 Type II standards, and most deployments reach production within four weeks. In finance, agents automate invoicing, reconciliation, credit checks, and debt collection. In HR, they source and evaluate candidates. Across operations, they handle order entry and other document-heavy back office work. Most enterprise deployments reach production within four weeks.

**What do you like best about Beam?**

Accurate results, with a precise and smooth flow throughout.

**What do you dislike about Beam?**

Once the model is trained and I have two or three testing scenarios in place, it’s good to go, and there aren’t many challenges after that.

**What problems is Beam solving and how is that benefiting you?**

There used to be a lot of follow-ups needed with the business units to submit data and to validate the commentary before sending the final report to the CFO. Beam has helped make this process more efficient and smoother overall.
