What do you like best about Bambi?

I love the scheduling. Being able to see the whole dispatch schedule in a very easy-to-read format has been tremendously helpful. Having a facility portal where our clients can log in and submit ride requests and see the status of their current rides are just a couple of the main things I love about Bambi. The dispatch window is user-friendly, easy to use, and easy to understand, which makes getting rides on the calendar extremely simple and ensures that we have all the right accurate information. I love the functionality of Bambi—it's crisp and clean, making it easy to gather reports. It saves us hours each week on invoicing and reduces the time spent mapping out rides. The 'Run Bambi Run' feature has been super helpful in figuring out the best routes for each day. The initial setup was super easy, and it has helped us operate at a high level with a small staff. I like using Bambi for NEMT ride planning and CRM. It offers efficient task assignment and is very easy to set up. The ease of use is one of my favorite aspects, as it gets rid of the use of paper by having everything within the app, which simplifies operations planning for the following day. I really find Bambi Dispatch and Software to be a game changer for our transportation operations. It's easy to use, which is a big plus. The platform helps streamline scheduling and dispatching, making managing payers and pricing straightforward. It has improved our efficiency, reduced errors, and helped us better serve our clients. I particularly like the pricing scheme feature, which is helpful for handling multiple clients with different payers but the same pricing. The initial setup was very easy, and they provided helpful videos both within the software and on YouTube. What do you like best about Bambi?

I really love how easy to use the facility user portal in Bambi is. It's super intuitive for our dispatchers, and the UI is the cleanest we've found for organizing information. The facility user portal has increased convenience so much in the customer experience that our call volume goes down as customers prefer using the portal. The initial setup of Bambi was super easy as well. Additionally, Nirav and his team are amazing—responsive to our needs, questions, and suggestions, with the best problem-solving mindset we've found in the NEMT dispatching software landscape. What do you dislike about Bambi?

I'm aware that they're still working on a 'time negotiation' feature to help customers using the facility portal to negotiate pick-up times with our dispatchers in real-time, but that's honestly the only thing and it's something that's already in the works. What do you like best about Bambi?

I find Bambi incredibly easy to use, very intuitive, and just a reliable product. It helps streamline communication with our drivers on the road and ensures that our customers understand pricing transparently. My dispatchers can quickly initiate estimates to clients and collect payments with ease. I especially value how the billing is connected with ride scheduling, so I don't have to double report. Creating the ride, billing the client, confirming the ride, and adding it to the schedule is all done in one action. Also, the initial setup was super easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Bambi?

I like how easy it is to assign trips with Bambi and how it lets me know exactly where my driver is. I appreciate that it can tell me about on-time performance, which is handy for my operations.
