Unfortunately, it would appear that what they are delivering is a couple of pre-done templates that their "AI" auto selects for you, then you need to pay a designer (by the hour) to customize it. To make matters worse, unlike a traditional design shop, they are restricted by the templates they have, so they really cannot do anything truly custom. The result looks amateurish. In talking with one of their account managers, he had promised a high-touch, very custom solution.
