The thing I like best about Convene is that it makes meeting and document management a lot more organised. We can store meeting materials, agendas, notes and related documents in one place rather than share files across multiple channels. The interface is fairly intuitive so new users can get up to speed with little training. I also like the document management and collaboration features, as they allow the team to work from the same information. For larger organisations, the control of access and structured workflow are helpful. In general, it saves time and reduces the effort of managing meeting-related information manually.
