Convene provides a simple, secure, and efficient way to manage meetings. One of its standout features is the ability to annotate documents and share those annotations, enhancing collaboration among board members. It greatly streamlines the entire meeting process, from pre-meeting preparation to post-meeting follow-up, and allows me to upload documents instantly, which directors receive in real time. I also appreciate its convenience for directors attending meetings virtually, as it supports seamless participation in hybrid meetings. The ability to access documents offline, once downloaded, is particularly useful. The initial setup was very easy and user-friendly, with excellent support from the Convene staff. **What do you dislike about Convene?** I wish Convene offered an online Minute Book feature. The platform's resolution approval feature is missing a critical function for me - it currently doesn't allow directors to sign resolutions. If there were a feature for the Admin or Corporate Secretary to display each resolution on participants' screens immediately after it's tabled or approved during the meeting, for directors to review and electronically sign in real-time, it would be ideal.
