I havn’t experienced any problems, and everything has been working the way it should. Still, I feel the customization options for reports and templates are a limited and could be expanded. I like the new AI feature that was introduced by Convene as it makes our meeting management work very easy. Now, it has become much more easier to document our meetings using the AI powered automated meeting documentation feature. They has also been advancement on the security features which has helped us to keep our meeting data and information safeguarded against the modern security threats. Convene puts everything in one place for ease of use and my favorite feature is Minutes, they can be created from the agenda and as I am taking minutes there are buttons to help with formatting. I appreciate its sync and annotation features as they have been a great helping hand in boosting Board engagement.
