The reinforcement program WORKS! They understand the learning experience extremely well and it is set up to be fun and easy to use. The support team is incredibly knowledgeable and the implementations team are extremely well rounded and helpful. **What do you dislike about Axonify?** The admin experience: There are some elements of the platform that are not user friendly ex) can't retrigger Welcome Email to be sent. Everything relies on a user and team structure, then a group structure which is extremely inflexible and complicated to explain. Also, the reporting is extremely static. There is no flexibility to choose specific data points beyond what is provided in the Scheduled Data Export area or the User download. Ideally we can see which groups and programs users belong to easily by providing a more dynamic filtering option. **What problems is Axonify solving and how is that benefiting you?** It is solving the knowledge gap that employees face over time after consuming a ton of information, especially as new hires. From an admin perspective, this is truly a learning professional's dream LMS. It features straightforward administration, incorporates robust communication, and now includes AI for the knowledge base—all accessible within the app. We have been using it for over five years, and the Axonify team provides excellent support, helping us evolve as they continuously enhance the platform. **What do you dislike about Axonify?** I have nothing to dislike, but like all systems, there are things I wish I could do, such as allowing a learner to attend an event more than once instead of having to create new events all the time. This feature is in the works, but it has been in development for a while now. We manage, so it’s not a big deal, but everything else is widely accepted by our employees, and that is what matters. You do not need to spend a lot of time working with the end-user to onboard and train them on how to use the platform. **What do you dislike about Axonify?** That it is a lot of work to get content, training programs/reinforcement programs up and running. There isn't always the ROI on the time invested based on how long learners engage with the questions, training. I understand there are ways to get around this, purchasing credits and using the Axonify team to support the content build, using pre-made training video libraries, but that is not always an option due to budget. **What problems is Axonify solving and how is that benefiting you?** Post-training reinforcement. We primarily use Axonify for reinforcement programs, and it supports us in the ongoing reinforcement and continuous improvement post training programs within our organization. Our users are hands-on or visual learners, so sitting in long classroom sessions isn't ideal. What tends to happen is they forget almost everything we've taught them. Relying on their SOPs is something they tend to avoid. Axonify's solution was the answer to our problems! The customer support and the relationships we've developed are next level. Implementing the system at all three of our distribution centres was a breeze! The reports, data, customizable exports, leaderzone, and rewards platform are just some of my favourite features. **What do you dislike about Axonify?** There really isn't anything I dislike about Axonify, I only wish some of the features were more editable. Such as the Feedback feature - I would love to have it optional per category. I would also love more editable features within the survey options. I do wish they had a chat feature in the platform for customer support. **What problems is Axonify solving and how is that benefiting you?** It helped us create a paperless survey platform that is useable by our employees without ADs (Active Directories or emails). It has helped change behaviours, especially during our multi-year mass WMS implementations. Our learners use it on a daily basis. **What do you dislike about Axonify?** The admin interface and the settings are not too friendly. Requires a lot of time investment to both learn how to use it and to manage it. The implementation process hasn't been very smooth for the above mentined reason. The gamification aspect lends tremendously to adoption. **What do you dislike about Axonify?** The overly complex object relationships that admins and leaders need to navigate. Leaders want to see users' progress through programs they have been assigned. In terms of coaching, they ultimately want to see three things: 1. Their users' progress through content-oriented programs, whether those programs be Assigned Paths or Certifications. You should be able to digest this in one single place. 2. Their users' responses to questions related to those program. While these responses are tied to Topic Levels, no leader can actually digest them this way. 3. The ability to easily re-assign any topic within a program to a user, or multiple users. Our Training and Development team has used Axonify for years. We absolutely count on the reliability of having uptime for training new hires and ongoing daily micro-learning/refreshers for employees. Having the ability to to create groups for our internal clients and assign them learning videos, questions or tasks is essential to providing our external customers with the highest level of customer service and be a leader in our industry. We love how easy it is to upload videos we create with Canva and to match those with questions to reinforce learning after initial viewing and also the ability to add those into ongoing training to ensure our internal clients keep information fresh. One other aspect that I love is being able to pull reports on what percentage of groups have completed assigned trainings so that we can report back to Leaders if those groups have not completed in a two week time frame. We use raffles for gift cards and also charity donations each month to insentisize learning. One last thing we really count on is the option for users to send feedback on questions in Axonify. With over 2,000 videos and 12,000 questions currently in our database, having the ability to let the user mark a question as incorrect or outdated is extremely helpful. We can then in turn review, edit and release new info within minutes! **What do you dislike about Axonify?** Currently I am performing an audit of our Business groups to see how many minutes total in each groups is assigned for videos. It would be nice if this could be automatically computed to save time for us. Being apart of the Business Optimization Team, we are always looking at ways to ensure spending aligns with our goals each year and that we are finatially responsible. Training new hires can be quite expensive and we are reviewing how much time it takes each group to complete onboarding videos. **What problems is Axonify solving and how is that benefiting you?** As a Business, Axonify allows us to provide initial and ongoing training to our employees. The trainings we provide are focused on our internal tools we use daily, communicating with customers, order entry into several different systems, how to effectively sell products, how to install products, teaching of new products we are launching and ongoing trainings to keep information fresh. The heart of the platform is Daily Questions, which adapt to the learner's answer history and use reinforcement to combat the forgetting curve. In-platform games and rewards prizing capabilities. The platform also keeps the learning experience intuitive and bite sized. We have a lot of buy in from our frontline--the majority of whom use the platform on a daily basis. Our frontline teammates find the system. With all this complexity, it's perhaps not surprising that Axonify has a lot of big data to draw upon--head and shoulders above what I've seen with LMSs. The team at Axonify is incredibly helpful, professional, and accepting of feedback. They're there from initial implementation, through maturation, Axonify has made sure we've been successful. Axonify takes its clients needs seriously and we often comment on how we feel like we're part of the evolution of the platform. **What do you dislike about Axonify?** The platform was built with learners--not managers--in mind. This is excellent from a learner's (and learning) perspective, but historicaly analytics/reporting have been a less intuitive user experience. That being said, Axonify is working to improve the analytics/reporting UX for frontline managers and have made lots of progress, and has actively drawn on the experiences of clients such as ourselves to improve the platform and meet our needs. **What problems is Axonify solving and how is that benefiting you?** We're a complex, multi-branded company with close to 30,000 frontline teammates and leaders across over 1,000 franchise and corporate locations. Axonify is helping us deliver learning experiences to our teammates where they are--in the workplace, before and after their shifts. Axonify offers an easy way to measure our success with the platform: participation. This helps us measure engagement, which in turn is linked to learning outcomes and opportunities to reward teammates with raffles and other prizing. As I use the platform daily in my role, I encounter minimal issues. While I personally prefer Assigned Paths over Behavior Forms, this may be due to my limited experience with their full functionality. It is designed based on a micro-learning model which makes it easy to deliver bite-sized learning to frontline workers. I appreciate how Axonify creates a gamified learning experience through the use of reward points, leaderboard, badges, and prizes. The user interface is clean, and it is easy to use from the learner's side. **What do you dislike about Axonify?** The administrative side of Axonify can be challenging to use, and I found there to be quite a steep learning curve when I first started using the system. It can be overly complicated to perform simple admin functions such as monitoring who has completed a certain learning path or resettings a learners progress on a learning path. My last customer service guru was amazing, patient and knowledgeable. My current guru is fantastic. Super responsive, willing to jump on a call, sends how to videos in response to my video questions and is uber supportive and encouraging. His response time is phenomenal because when I need to know something it always seems someone else is waiting on me and it becomes 'critical'. But I am able to say that Jarod has super terrific response times and I will have an answer shortly. **What do you dislike about Axonify?** It is kind of clunky - like the copying and pasting from one program to another or one reinforcement program to another. I hate the reports are CSV files and all scrunched. Many of my employees don't know how to use Excel to format. I don't like that in the leader zone it takes 20 (exaggerated a bit) for a leader to find their person to find 'all" topics that person needs to do. They should be able to go to the leader zone, pick their person they are coaching, click on their card and have a list of topics indicating complete with the date or incomplete. I don't like how users do not get a transcript. When applying for a promotion there should be a way a learner can click a button and have a downloadable PDF of topics completed with due dates in one nice format to share with their leaders or during an interview... they want to be proud of the work they accomplished. Our team loves to play the games daily, and earning points for the leaderboard is an easy way to keep people engaged. The integrated rewards system makes it easy for learners to spend their points and feel like they are getting something for their efforts. **What do you dislike about Axonify?** There are some reports that could be better. There is a lot of data available, but one thing that has been lacking is the ability to easily report on SCORM files. Tracking training completions could be done better as well - stakeholders want to see who is done and who isn't in an easy-to-use dashboard. Right now it's a little confusing and easier to export the data to excel. **What problems is Axonify solving and how is that benefiting you?** Axonify is helping to solve the problem of how to make learning fun and engaging. I like how the new learning tiles are front and center. The tiles for extra training make learning easier to find. Throughout the time I have used Axonify to now, the platform has really transformed from a gamified microlearning platform to a fully functional LMS platform that meets all the needs of our corporation. Keep up the great work, Axonify! **What do you dislike about Axonify?** Self-directed learning path without disrupting the daily questions or rearranging learning priorities based on business needs. By not having this feature, it makes it really hard to put learning within the learner's reach easier and allow them to take it at their own pace. **What problems is Axonify solving and how is that benefiting you?** The main problem was to get users to actually complete the learning, get excited about it, and track it. Not only is it simple to learn but it is also simple to teach to others. It's nice to be able to spend less time explaining how to use the program and more time on the goals we are trying to achieve. **What do you dislike about Axonify?** Specific needs can sometimes be hard to keep good foresight on due to the bottlenecking that occurs over time when information is coming from multiple sources. Customer service is very helpful but sometimes these issues can get tangled quite a bit. **What problems is Axonify solving and how is that benefiting you?** Axonify solves a variety of problems for the company I work for.
