What’s most helpful about Axim Commerce is how easy they are to work with and how willing they are to customize solutions around your actual business needs. They don’t force a one-size-fits-all approach. Instead, they took the time to understand our workflows, constraints, and goals, and then adapted the solution accordingly.
The team has been extremely hands-on—they came on-site twice to work directly with our team, which made a big difference in alignment, speed, and trust. Because of that close collaboration, we were able to launch a brand-new site in just 90 days, which is incredibly fast for a project of this scope. Axim Commerce helped us solve a major systems integration gap by directly connecting our eCommerce platform with our P21 (Progressive) ERP. That integration now allows pricing, inventory, and order data to update in real time—something we didn’t previously have and that significantly improves accuracy and operational efficiency. In addition, they’ve partnered with us to build a customized budgeting feature for one of our customers, which supports more complex buying and approval workflows and delivers real value to that end user.
