a very good IT resource management system equipped with a helpdesk and a device monitoring system

smart maps could be better, they do not always filter devices correctly

Axence gives us the ability to inventory all our devices, hardware, licenses, software and know what is being added by the users.

**What do you dislike about Axence nVision?**

I have nothing really.  I have been using this product for eight years now.  It has gone from a low level to such a high level.  I can only say good things about

Outstanding support

**What problems is Axence nVision solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This product allows us to watch all the users, workstations activity, user activity, know what the user is doing and connecting, the software attempts that they are trying to install, license inventory, and remote access
