**What do you like best about Avonni?**

Overall experience is very good and the features outweigh the problems. Customer is really helpful too.

**What do you dislike about Avonni?**

Everything is good but the pricing could have been better and it lags at times.

**What problems is Avonni solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We used it at our organisation but employer changed software, it had helped me for my work
