They may not have updated their review text, but have updated their review. **What do you like best about Avaloq?** My firm has been using Avaloq for more than 10 years now, even before it was acquired by NEC. Avaloq provides the best platform for banks and has been a major implementation solution in Europe, but lately it has not spread to Asia. **What do you dislike about Avaloq?** It's hard to find Avaloq developers in the market compared to Temenos, which makes the implementation very dependent on SMEs of the Avaloq core team. **What problems is Avaloq solving and how is that benefiting you?** We used the Avaloq core in the Bank Mandiri and BCA project. Our client required a File Transfer Adapter and JMS Adapter, which was solved by Avaloq products. But later, Bank Mandiri switched to Temenos as the SMEs of Avaloq were very limited in Asia and the support that Avaloq was providing was very limited. The Bank Mandiri team had to be available in Swiss time zone to get the support. ### 2. All benefit which mature product gives to customer like safe, secure, performance, inbuilt features, serviceability etc.. ### 3.
