**What do you like best about Avaloq?**

My firm has been using avaloq since more than 10 years now, even before i was aquired by NEC. The Avaloq provides best platform for banks and has been a major implementation solution in Europe, but lately it has not spread to Asia.

**What do you dislike about Avaloq?**

Its hard to find avaloq developers in market as compared to Temenos, which makes the implementation very dependable on SMEs of avaloq core team.

**What problems is Avaloq solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We used the avaloq core in Mank Mandiri and BCA project, Our client had requirement of File transfer adapter and JMS adapter, which was solved by Avaloq products. But later Bank Mandiri switched to Temenos as the SMEs of Avaloq were very limited in Asia and the support that Avaloq was providing was very limited. The Bank Mandiri team had to be avalable in Swiss time zone to get the support.

It's product features and support service.

It's costly and implementation challenges for client as this is niche skill in Australia.

It will be long term investment but worth doing

Core solution with wealth product. All benefit which mature product gives to customer like safe, secure, performance, inbuilt features, serviceability etc..

The reports and MI facilities. Allows automated reminders and audit trail.

**What do you dislike about Avaloq?**

The layout. Lack of logic and unfamiliar terms for fields and tabs.

**Recommendations to others considering Avaloq:**

Understand the capability before progressing and if combining with another software, understand data transfer will be seamless.

Moving systems to Avaloq. Mapping fields to transfer information/data
