The email functionality is currently the least useful for me, as Outlook remains the primary communication platform for both internal and external correspondence. What I like least about Autodesk Forma is that I can only edit 50 documents or files at a time. In large projects, I have to make non-massive but high-volume changes, and going 50 by 50 makes the process longer and more tedious. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I love the coordination efficiency that the ACC brings. The ability to quickly send and receive published information for models, documents, updates, etc all within one Project Hub. I wish the ACC made it a bit easier to transfer projects from one ACC Project Hub to another while maintaining Cloud Workshare Model capabilities. Especially from models uploaded to ACC templates. At the moment, when an ACC template is used, any models within that template are created but are just regular models and now cloud workshare models. Defeats the purpose. I wish there were more forms templates, especially general or common construction forms for workflows with subcontractors. Also, cost management is hard to set up. We like the ability to have interconnected information across the platform. There are many tools within the system that allow me to use a different feature such as the ability to link a document from data management to a RFI or for me to create an issue as I am reviewing the documents in sheets. I think the coolest part of Autodesk Forma is that I can use any address on the map, anywhere in the world, to add buildings and plan sites for construction and design. Another great thing is its capability for 3D model import/export from third party apps. I can export models from Fusion, AutoCAD, or Revit, which I find really useful because I prefer using my own models. Additionally, being able to run simulations on Forma is a significant plus. The platform helps unify and bring my ideas to life when I have built models to scale from CAD software, enabling better collaboration and effective analysis of various building sites. I don't like how it uses data sets for buildings because if I pick a site that isn't open land, it throws random buildings over it. I prefer to use my own models, especially for renovation projects. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
