They get underneath the skin of your organisation and have worked really closely with us to develop content strategies, improve our candidate experience and define a truely personalised experience across our site. **What do you dislike about Attrax?** Genuinely haven't experienced any downsides hence why we've had a solid relationship for years which continues to grow. **What problems is Attrax solving and how is that benefiting you?** We're working to make sure we have a truely global offering within the careers site, showcasing the cultural nuances whilst maintaining a consistant employer brand and candidate experience. Having a team that understand a global site structure and audience is really beneficial as they can advice and help us implement solutions. Over the last few years they've also supported us to develop a solid global SEO strategy which is really benefiting the quality and qunatity of candidates attracted to the site. ### 2. A lot of HR tech oversell and under delivers, attrax isn't one of these **What problems is Attrax solving and how is that benefiting you?** Ability to set up campaign pages and also it is a conversion machine - it have increased our apply conversion by 20% ### 3.
