We're working to make sure we have a truely global offering within the careers site, showcasing the cultural nuances whilst maintaining a consistant employer brand and candidate experience. Having a team that understand a global site structure and audience is really beneficial as they can advice and help us implement solutions. Over the last few years they've also supported us to develop a solid global SEO strategy which is really benefiting the quality and qunatity of candidates attracted to the site. Honestly nothing I have brought HR tech a lot and this is one platform that has delivered everything it promised to and more.
