What do you like best about Atribus?

What do you dislike about Atribus?

I would improve the storytelling. I mean, the tool is great for analysts who can interact with the platform to extract the maximum value. However, for less qualified people it may be difficult. This is partially compensated by the automated reports. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The versatility of the tool and the depth one can achieve when it comes to analyze how the public opinion perceives your brand + the possibility of monitoring KPIs such as Share of Voice, value, sentiment, etc. + the support it provides in a crisis management + the reports one can develop, with a large number of variables... What do you dislike about Atribus?

What do you like best about Atribus?

I have been working with the Atribus tool for the monthly reporting of our clients, for which the platform helped me a lot. The software is very intuitive, which makes it very easy and fun to work with. It saved me many hours of work with the automation of social listening reports. Although the interface is very intuitive, the platform is very extensive and there are many functionalities that can be a lot to navigate. What do you like best about Atribus?

I have been working with Atribus.com for two years. It's a great tool all-in-one and the Customer Service support is amazing.

They help you with your reports, show you how to use the tool and take account and incorporate suggestions to improve the service.

Also, the dashboard includes metrics you wouldn't find in other tools, the navigation is intuitive and you can automate customized reports.

What do you dislike about Atribus?

Some charts need to be improved for more accurate figures. Also, I would like them to improve segmentation in campaigns where you use different hashtag or multiple keywords and you need individual data for all of them. I'm sure they will do it with time! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Atribus?

It is a very friendly tool. I hate software and platforms that requieres to be an expert on them to get some usefull information. With Atribus I managed to get all the data we needed since the very begining. Everytime we start using it for one of our customers we are able to shoe them results in some days. What do you like best about Atribus?

With Atribu, the Advertising Campaign Management is in excellent hands, it is a very complete tool with which we can manage several locations in a systematic way, we can also track site searches, conversations, with it we have full control of the interactions between users and consulted pages. The best thing is that the automated integration, to extract cost data from advertising partners, performs excellently and helps me indescribably in decision-making.
