**What do you like best about Atribus?**

Marketing is all about knowing the exact customer target market, campaigns RESULTS. This platform does exactly all of that well.

**What do you dislike about Atribus?**

The impact of change in consumer behavior on brands in the changing landscape of doing business is the next big step in AI. The products can improve in terms of R&D in that section of the game.

**What problems is Atribus solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Consumer analysis and campaign analysis are the two major sections that reported improvements.

**What do you like best about Atribus?**

Ease of use while powerful. Very visual and user friendly, allowing the extraction of quick insights from social media and social media campaigns.

**What do you dislike about Atribus?**

I would improve the storytelling. I mean, the tool is great for analysts who can interact with the platform to extract the maximum value. However, for less qualified people it may be difficult. This is partially compensated by the automated reports.

**Recommendations to others considering Atribus:**

Just give it a try. There are more expensive tools. There are more complete tools. But probably you will find all what you need at a very competitive price. And if you need their support, you will not find a better solution.

**What problems is Atribus solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am mainly using Atribus for retrieving and analysing data from different sources, for which Atribus is a great tool: fast and reliable. I use it for its analytical capabilities beyond social listening, namely its user profiling capabilities. The main benefit, you can do things that you could not do with traditional and manual approaches in market research while you maintain the reliability of your analysis.

**What do you like best about Atribus?**

The versatility of the tool and the depth one can achieve when it comes to analyze how the public opinion perceives your brand + the possibility of monitoring KPIs such as Share of Voice, value, sentiment, etc. + the support it provides in a crisis management +  the reports one can develop, with a large number of variables...

**What do you dislike about Atribus?**

The training fee... we are a small organization and our budget is tighter than those of big companies, so for us it was a bit too much. But we've already approached the issue with them and they listened respectfully to our concerns.

**What problems is Atribus solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We wanted to know more about what was being said in our sector and in relation with our brand... that was the main reason why we decided to sign up for the service at first. But one month after hiring it, we found ourselves in the middle of a crisis, so it was really helpdul to deal with it and to get insights from the tool.

**What do you like best about Atribus?**

I have been working with the Atribus tool for the monthly reporting of our clients, for which the platform helped me a lot. The software is very intuitive, which makes it very easy and fun to work with. It saved me many hours of work with the automation of social listening reports. Additionally, the technical support and customer service are always there to help in any case.

**What do you dislike about Atribus?**

Although the interface is very intuitive, the platform is very extensive and there are many functionalities that can be a lot to navigate. But once the management of the platform is learned, it is no longer a problem, and they have technical support and customer service to resolve doubts.

**Recommendations to others considering Atribus:**

I recommend the platform for agencies like ours, it is very good for monitoring the reputation of brands and events and for creating reports for clients in a very automated but also very personalized way.

**What problems is Atribus solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helped us as an agency because it saved us many hours of work that we would have spent manually doing this reporting for the clients.

**What do you like best about Atribus?**

I have been working with Atribus.com for two years. It's a great tool all-in-one and the Customer Service support is amazing.

They help you with your reports, show you how to use the tool and take account and incorporate suggestions to improve the service.

Also, the dashboard includes metrics you wouldn't find in other tools, the navigation is intuitive and you can automate customized reports.

I highly recommend Atribus.com!

**What do you dislike about Atribus?**

Some charts need to be improved for more accurate figures. Also, I would like them to improve segmentation in campaigns where you use different hashtag or multiple keywords and you need individual data for all of them. I'm sure they will do it with time!

I'm measuring different social media campaigns and actions for different clients.

**What do you like best about Atribus?**

It is a very friendly tool. I hate software and platforms that requieres to be an expert on them to get some usefull information. With Atribus I managed to get all the data we needed since the very begining. Everytime we start using it for one of our customers we are able to shoe them results in some days.

**What do you dislike about Atribus?**

Well, There is nothing I dislike. I am really an Atribus fan.

I don`t whink you will find anything better.

**What problems is Atribus solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am interested in seing how my customers brands evolve, to discoverwhat are the mail topics that we worry about and which are the hot topics that we have to adress. We have work wiht Atribus in projects from different industries with amazing results.

**What do you like best about Atribus?**

With Atribu, the Advertising Campaign Management is in excellent hands, it is a very complete tool with which we can manage several locations in a systematic way, we can also track site searches, conversations, with it we have full control of the interactions between users and consulted pages. The best thing is that the automated integration, to extract cost data from advertising partners, performs excellently and helps me indescribably in decision-making.

**What do you dislike about Atribus?**

It is an extraordinary software but not everyone is qualified to use Atribu because not everyone knows about attribution, so its interface is very powerful and not everyone can use it without having done previous studies.

**Recommendations to others considering Atribus:**

I recommend it 100%, it is incredible, if you know the world of analytics and attribution, it really is a software that will make your life easier and happier.

**What problems is Atribus solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The best thing about this software is that it helps me understand the attributions and income per digital channel, since all users who invest in marketing dream and want it to be profitable so that advertising touches people and they consume their services and products and generate profits. Although Atribu should carry out a tutorial or advertising presentation on how to use Atribu for beginners among its advertising campaigns, I think that this way it would gain more followers of its software because it really is great.

Atribus allows you to find easily content through social networks, media and blogs. Its interface is really easy and allows you to go deeply to any insight you detect.

The timeline's pagination is not easy going when you have a lot of mentions.

I use Atribus to track campaigns mentions on earned media to know how people talk around the brand or using hashtags.

**What do you like best about Atribus?**

I have used the tool to analyze the online reputation of my brand and that of some of my clients. It has allowed me to easily and simply see the opinions on social media and the Internet.

**What do you dislike about Atribus?**

Although it is designed so that anyone can navigate it very intuitively, there are some features that can be a bit complex to work with. However, I found an "Academy" section that helped me resolve some doubts I had.

**What problems is Atribus solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Being able to identify the sentiment of the content related to the brands I am analyzing. Allowing me to manage and adapt the sentiment has seemed great to me, because other tools do not allow this functionality.

Besides customer service, wich is great, the large number of KPIs allows you to measure campaigns based on the interests of your company.
The market analysis was very useful when launching new products.

Since is a Star-up, sometimes the service stop working for a couple of hours, but the solve it the same day.

**Recommendations to others considering Atribus:**

If you need to learn about the market you work on, star using Atribus, and wait 2-3 months to see the results.

We wanted to know what was the impact of our campaigns, and whats was the opinion of the market about the ice cream cones. The lack of innovation in the industry was a problem we wanted to solve.

Beyond having a magnificent tool, they lead by example as they listen very seriously and professionally to their clients to design a product tailored to their needs.

They are so good that they are going to become indispensable.

We needed to give a voice to the street consumer on issues related to urban mobility, and thanks to Atribus, we have achieved this to such an extent that we want no one to make decisions on mobility issues without first listening to the consumers.
