What I liked best about Loom was how simple and reliable it used to be for quick screen recordings and sharing links. But since Atlassian bought it, it has gone downhill. It feels more buggy, less consistent, and not nearly as smooth to use as it used to be. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What I dislike most is that it’s no longer dependable for something as basic as recording and sharing a video. Since Atlassian bought Loom, the experience feels clunkier and more glitchy, and I can’t trust it to work smoothly when I need it.
Customer support also left a bad impression. When I reached out, the response focused on policy more than the fact that the software was not working for me. Be wary before purchasing. If you run into issues and are past 30 days, you may be stuck with a product that does not work and no refund options. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
