The lift calculations are often wrong. The initial setup took a while and was a bit clunky. There was a lot of hassle with addresses. As a user, it took a little bit of time to get used to it. It got updated later, but it didn't really improve. The most important stuff with these calculations and entitlements have been wrong several times, and I haven't managed to get them fixed. I like that after setting up Atlas HXM, there seem to be little issues. It’s simple and does what I intended. I value the payroll feature, especially because it features many necessary deductions. In my case, it was disappointing to find out this was not the case and receive payment from another province which has several different deductions and reduces the selling point of an EOR being plug and play to the place where one resides.
