What do you like best about Atlas HXM?

I like the ease of use of Atlas HXM and its simple and intuitive interface. The timesheet functionality is quick to fill out, much faster than in other tools I've used, which helps a lot in daily tasks. What do you like best about Atlas HXM?

I like using Atlas HXM because it makes tasks seamless and easy to administer. I appreciate its simple interface and the good support it provides. It just works always, and I can rely on requests being taken care of within the SLA. The onboarding process was good, which made starting with the software smooth. What do you dislike about Atlas HXM?

Communication over email for events and payslips could be improved. I would prefer if they were sent every payroll cycle instead of having to go to Atlas HXM to download them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Union Access Is a Plus, but Benefits and Health Insurance Need Improvement"

The fact that, in my country, we have access to a union and that union has a separate salary increase from what we have in my organization. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We were not offered as many benefits as our previous EOR. The health insurance plan is not good either. The Atlas platform is difficult to use. Not all information is easily available (my dental plan number, retirement amount, etc). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Easy-to-Navigate UI and Solid Performance"

What do you like best about Atlas HXM?

Easy UI/UX to navigate and follow-through. The performance is also not bad. I have not used any AI related features yet, but I know that Atlas integrates well with our in-house timekeeping platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Atlas HXM?

Some features seem to be hidden somewhere in the back. For instance, the PTO request feature is found after one goes to their profile. Normally this feature should be upfront and accessible with a single click. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Atlas HXM?

The interface is clunky and slow. The lift calculations are often wrong. The initial setup took a while and was a bit clunky. There was a lot of hassle with addresses. As a user, it took a little bit of time to get used to it. It got updated later, but it didn't really improve. The most important stuff with these calculations and entitlements have been wrong several times, and I haven't managed to get them fixed. Consistently, they were wrong.
