What do you like best about Atlas HXM?

The only thing I genuinely like about Atlas HXM is that they provide us with access to a Udemy Business subscription, which has been helpful for upskilling and supporting my career growth. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Atlas HXM?

It’s a long list, so I’ll break it down. First, they have an office, but it isn’t kept open, and no one answers the office landline. Next, their HR team is not up to the mark. They don’t communicate proactively, even for something as basic as confirming holiday dates.

Atlas HXM’s documents are also questionable. For example, their payslips and legal letters look shady. Employees end up being grilled and cross-questioned about whether these documents are authentic, which is always an embarrassing situation.

They are blacklisted by a leading bank in the region. They also still don’t follow fully digital paperwork for everything; a lot of things are printed, signed, and scanned. Their lead time for paperwork feels unrealistic, and the renewal process doesn’t always start on time. There are many errors in the paperwork, and it often has to be redone.

Finally, their HR software isn’t intuitive enough. They also don’t credit annual leave upfront; instead, it’s provided on a monthly installment basis. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
