**What do you like best about atEvent?**

Like the ease of User interface. 
Its easy to understand and easy to use.
Its mostly an app you can rely on.

**What do you dislike about atEvent?**

I don't find any real dislikes. Its a pretty good software.

**What problems is atEvent solving and how is that benefiting you?**

1. All my information and events are at one place.
2. I can easily scroll through my calendar.
3. Easy to schedule. 
4. Easy to remember and reschedule.

**What do you like best about atEvent?**

It's simple to use, gives us 3 options and syncs with Salesforce CRM. It was so simple to use that our prospective customers didn't get bored while we entered their details.  We also had an outstanding customer experience from your colleague [Tiffany] who was very patient with us and talked us through everything, helping us to set up our fields. This made for an easy implementation. 

**What do you dislike about atEvent?**

Can't think of anything that I disliked to be honest.

**Recommendations to others considering atEvent:**

atEvent made our life very easy - launching our products in a competitive industry in the USA was always going to be difficult. The launch has been a tremendous success and atEvent's lead retrieval product made all the difference. 

**What problems is atEvent solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before this we used to staple someone's business card to a sheet, tick lots of boxes and ask them to tick the box for GDPR consent. We then had to manually add the leads into our CRM. Now we simply sync it with our CRM and it drops in, ready to use.

**What do you like best about atEvent?**

ease of use and there's not too many buttons

**What do you dislike about atEvent?**

screen transition has too many clicks our team would like to transition to screen more easily and would even prefer freezing qualifiers to make fast scanning possible when the qualifiers are identical.

**Recommendations to others considering atEvent:**

If you are looking for a tool that will help your sales team in field have the ability to scan leads and it directly connect with your salesforce CRM this is the system to use.  It's easy on the eye and the colors are very engaging that makes you know what you are doing.  There's aren't too many buttons so when your sales reps are using their devices they just have to point and click answer the qualifiers and move on.  The business card scanning feature is awesome as you no longer have to input all of the data from the business yours yourself.  Take advantage of the notes field by speaking your text instead of typing it, it goes in a lot quicker and you don't have to worry about the fat finger issues.

**What problems is atEvent solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Cost saving on purchasing lead retrieval from tradeshows.

**What do you like best about atEvent?**

atEvent eliminates the manual process of collecting leads at an event, and connects to our Marketing Automation and CRM systems so data flows throughout all entities. The app is user friendly and easy to use - but adoption can make or break the success of it. As with any technology, people have to use the system in order for it to be successful. Once you get all teams on board with atEvent, it helps drive ROI and helps with lead scoring, ensuring accurate and timely follow-up on hot leads.

**What do you dislike about atEvent?**

We have been a customer of atEvent for 2 years, and in those years we have had to delete and re-download a new version of the atEvent app twice - mainly due to back-end updates. This makes it difficult on-site as some of our team members will have the right app downloaded, and some will still have the old. We have been told that moving forward this will not happen anymore, and shouldn't continue to be an issue.

**What problems is atEvent solving and how is that benefiting you?**

All manual processes have been eliminated, and our post-event work/ data cleanup has been simplified immensely. It's a great way to capture an interaction and give all information necessary for appropriate next steps to happen. It has been a game changer for our events program.

**What do you like best about atEvent?**

atEvent fulfills the promise of transmitting events leads, either through manual or automatic sync. It has so far helped us send informative materials to our event prospects. 

**What do you dislike about atEvent?**

The interface can be a bit buggy and there are some steps that must be undertaken first before I go to the next step. For example, before I add a new event user, I have to clear Search first, otherwise, I'll have to redo the whole process. 

**What problems is atEvent solving and how is that benefiting you?**

None so far. I personally think that it's very beneficial for us since it can be integrated with the marketing automation platform that we're using - Eloqua.

**What do you like best about atEvent?**

The dashboard is excellent, and makes setting up new events easy and intuitive. For reference, I am set up as an admin.

**What do you dislike about atEvent?**

Sometimes the mobile app can feel a little bit clunky, and isn't as easy to use as the dashboard itself.

**What problems is atEvent solving and how is that benefiting you?**

When we are at events (trade shows, networking events, activations) that do not have any sort of lead capture/lead retrieval service, atEvent allows us to still get leads. This opens up new opportunities that we would not have had without a lead capture service like atEvent.

**What do you like best about atEvent?**

Intuitive app, easy integration with marketing platform (HubSpot), Event customization options, various name capture methods (manual, scan business card, scan event badge), unlimited users.

**What do you dislike about atEvent?**

When a new version of the app is released, you must redownload app instead of it being automatically pushed to device, analytics are minimal.

**What problems is atEvent solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's a unified platform that all team members can use across the globe. Automatic transcription of business cards is key for our company.

**What do you like best about atEvent?**

We like the customizable, DIY topic questions.

**What do you dislike about atEvent?**

Sometimes it requires extra brainstorming to do something fairly simple because of app limitations. Customer service isn't always proactive and trying to find other solutions around these limitations. Also, everything is nickle and dimed - there is an added cost for just about anything.

**What problems is atEvent solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Taking the manual data entry out of our process.

**What do you like best about atEvent?**

We like that we can centralize all of our trade show leads into one application. Setup of events are easy and our qualification questions make it easier to process MQLs after shows. 

**What do you dislike about atEvent?**

We would like to see more lead scanning company APIs be supported by atEvent (but they know this and are working on it). 

**What problems is atEvent solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We had been using almost a dozen different scanning companies/apps to collect leads at trade shows and now we use atEvent for probably 90% of the trade shows we exhibit at.

**What do you like best about atEvent?**

We can get leads over to Sales quickly even while we are still at a show.

**What do you dislike about atEvent?**

The product needs to be a little more flexible, for example allow users to use their list of countries. 

**What problems is atEvent solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The use of atEvent shortened the time for leads from shows to get over to Sales, our former process took several days, with atEvent we can send leads over immediately if we need to.

I like the ease of use along with the reporting details. Lots of graphs to show all the necessary details quickly. 

**What do you dislike about atEvent?**

I dislike that you have to flip to subsequent pages to answer additional questions. 

**What problems is atEvent solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We can quickly upload all leads into CRM seamlessly and follow up with customers as quick as possible.

**What do you like best about atEvent?**

Scans business cards and creates contacts as an exportable list
Support reps are responsive and helpful.

**What do you dislike about atEvent?**

Absolutely terrible interface.
Nothing about the event setup process is clear or intuitive.
Integration with HubSpot is terrible and very hard to understand.


**Recommendations to others considering atEvent:**

While atEvent is releasing a new interface, there are a ton of obstacles to overcome for this application to be user friendly.

**What problems is atEvent solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The ability to scan business cards is a plus, and helps create an easy-to-work list post-event. The app also sync's with event badge scanning companies so you can scan a badge and get an attendees information easily.
