What do you like best?

It's simple to use, gives us 3 options and syncs with Salesforce CRM. It was so simple to use that our prospective customers didn't get bored while we entered their details. We also had an outstanding customer experience from your colleague [Tiffany] who was very patient with us and talked us through everything, helping us to set up our fields. What do you like best?

screen transition has too many clicks our team would like to transition to screen more easily and would even prefer freezing qualifiers to make fast scanning possible when the qualifiers are identical. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

If you are looking for a tool that will help your sales team in field have the ability to scan leads and it directly connect with your salesforce CRM this is the system to use. It's easy on the eye and the colors are very engaging that makes you know what you are doing. There's aren't too many buttons so when your sales reps are using their devices they just have to point and click answer the qualifiers and move on. The business card scanning feature is awesome as you no longer have to input all of the data from the business yours yourself. Take advantage of the notes field by speaking your text instead of typing it, it goes in a lot quicker and you don't have to worry about the fat finger issues. What do you like best?

atEvent eliminates the manual process of collecting leads at an event, and connects to our Marketing Automation and CRM systems so data flows throughout all entities. The app is user friendly and easy to use - but adoption can make or break the success of it. As with any technology, people have to use the system in order for it to be successful. Once you get all teams on board with atEvent, it helps drive ROI and helps with lead scoring, ensuring accurate and timely follow-up on hot leads. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

We have been a customer of atEvent for 2 years, and in those years we have had to delete and re-download a new version of the atEvent app twice - mainly due to back-end updates. This makes it difficult on-site as some of our team members will have the right app downloaded, and some will still have the old. We have been told that moving forward this will not happen anymore, and shouldn't continue to be an issue. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

All manual processes have been eliminated, and our post-event work/ data cleanup has been simplified immensely. It's a great way to capture an interaction and give all information necessary for appropriate next steps to happen. It has been a game changer for our events program. What do you like best?

atEvent fulfills the promise of transmitting events leads, either through manual or automatic sync. It has so far helped us send informative materials to our event prospects. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

The interface can be a bit buggy and there are some steps that must be undertaken first before I go to the next step. For example, before I add a new event user, I have to clear Search first, otherwise, I'll have to redo the whole process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best?

When we are at events (trade shows, networking events, activations) that do not have any sort of lead capture/lead retrieval service, atEvent allows us to still get leads. What do you like best?

Sometimes it requires extra brainstorming to do something fairly simple because of app limitations. Customer service isn't always proactive and trying to find other solutions around these limitations. Also, everything is nickle and dimed - there is an added cost for just about anything. What do you like best?

What do you like best?
