What do you like best about AssessFirst?

What I particularly appreciate about AssessFirst is the relevance of its behavioral analyses through the DISC method. The tool allows for quick identification of typical profiles, which greatly facilitates recruitment or management. What do you dislike about AssessFirst?

One of the drawbacks remains the price, which can be a barrier for small organizations. Furthermore, while the tool provides very good insights into behaviors, it should not replace a complete human evaluation.
