What do you like best about Tuition Express?

What problems is Tuition Express solving and how is that benefiting you?

It is a one stop shop for all my child payments including their tuitions, book fees etc. It has a summary of all my payment responsibilities and with the option to use any mode of payment, this is a go-to solution. What do you like best about Tuition Express?

It is easy to use, and I like that I can contact someone (a live person) with any questions I may need, and that is included in the package.i also like that if I make a mistake, I can "undo" it pretty easily. It is secure and I've never had an issue in the 10 years I've used it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Tuition Express?

Not much! I do wish they would update the look of it since it feels a little outdated. I wish I could delete old accounts that no longer exist, but I'm glad I can at least hide them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Definitely take the time to learn the beginning stages of setup and have a second person learn alongside you. Utilize the many tutorial videos and the live help available. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

So many! It takes so much less time to complete collection! We choose to not allow parents to pay on their own, so I love that I can push the button and not have to wait for someone to pays I also love how many reports I can create with the dozens of templates they provide. What do you like best about Tuition Express?

i like how easy it is to send parents information on checking their monthly tuition payments! They can print out monthly or yearly receipts if they need it and it is very user friendly! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Tuition Express?

I do not like how I have to fully shut down my computer if I do not sign out of tuition express in a certain amount of time. For some reason the app doesn't recognize that I want to log off and it doesn't allow me to sign off and sign on again. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It is an efficient and effective way to keep organized when it comes to collecting tuition and very user friendly and also tracks all the pertinent information needed for financial resources! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Tuition Express solving and how is that benefiting you?

It is straightforward to apply a child's photo to their accounts. I also like that it is accessible to switch bank accounts if need be! What do you like best about Tuition Express?

Tuition Express allows us to accept payments online, in person, or automated. It gives our families lots of choices and is very easy for them to set up. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Tuition Express?

Our current version only accepts Visa and MasterCard. So we aren't able to use American Express, which is what some families prefer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Tuition Express solving and how is that benefiting you?

Due to the Social Distancing order, we are requiring all families to sign up for automated or online payments so we are not touching their cards or cash. Getting everyone signed up was quick and easy on our business side, we just have to stay on the families to make sure they complete the steps on their end. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
