Under defining organization structure, It automatically picks who is my management so the payroll, attendance and expenses can be allocated accordingly. **What do you dislike about ASL Consulting Human Capital Management?** It is fast and easy so there is nothing to dislike **What problems is ASL Consulting Human Capital Management solving and how is that benefiting you?** All HR Business problems are solved at a one-stop solution. I especially like attendance management where I can plan my leaves well in advance and notification gets sent to the manager directly to approve on the portal.
