## ASIMUT Reviews
  ### 1. Great for room booking and clear timetabling

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Courtenay C. | Violinist, Music, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 25, 2019

**What do you like best about ASIMUT?**

Ability to view individual student timetables within a large group - e.g. orchestral violin sectionals and seminars etc. The room booking system is also excellent with automatic timers which makes it fair for everyone.

**What do you dislike about ASIMUT?**

Administrators should be provided with training as sometimes smaller group activities are shown on everyone's timetable - I'm not sure they are actually aware how specifically it can be personalised.

**Recommendations to others considering ASIMUT:**

This software is great. You can add multiple group members to a room booking so that it appears on their personal timetable. No extra communication is then required and everyone is kept up to date. You can also search for specific people to see their timetable and location for ease of future scheduling!

**What problems is ASIMUT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Clear rehearsal schedules and breakdowns. Communication of new events and a clear layout of available classrooms and practice spaces.

  ### 2. Excellent scheduling system

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Courtenay C. | Violin, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 23, 2019

**What do you like best about ASIMUT?**

Great for displaying daily timetables and room booking systems. Definitely customisable for institutions and orchestras!m.

**What do you dislike about ASIMUT?**

I’m not sure that institutions are aware of how to customise it to individual students and staff - i.e. displaying individual orchestral cycles instead of displaying every cycle regardless of rostering.

**Recommendations to others considering ASIMUT:**

Could look at the grid timetablibg of artsvision (asimut is a far superior programme but I prefer some aspects of artsvision).

**What problems is ASIMUT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Room allocations and locating classes as well as booking rooms last minute - which may have been needed for an academic lesson but instead can be used as a rehearsal space.
