Also sometimes the database is not fully up to date and you reach out to people that are not longer at the company you are targeting... **What problems is Artisan Sales solving and how is that benefiting you?** They have just launche a V2 of the paltform with a lot f improvements in terms of database, user management, and many new cool and useful features. ### 2. The automation and personalization of the messages are actually quite good, which results in a higher response rate. Normally, it would take a lot of time to personalize each message, and other tools claimed to offer personalized messages but did not do it with good quality. Artisan Sales does it pretty well, allowing huge customization in structuring messages. Having everything in one place makes life easier. The initial setup was extremely easy. **What do you dislike about Artisan Sales?** I think the UX UI could be a bit better. Sometimes it's a bit lagging, or you have to refresh the website, click a button. I would say it's quite rudimentary in terms of UX UI, but the main functionality really works. **What problems is Artisan Sales solving and how is that benefiting you?** I use Artisan Sales for lead research and cold outbound for LinkedIn and email. It automates personalization, improving response rates, and allows huge customization. It combines all necessary tools in one place, making it more efficient despite some UX issues. ### 3. The platform in intuitive worked well. Our business is not a high-volume lead business and we typically have very large deal size. Our use case wasn't perfect for Artisan but that's not the fault of their platform. It can find targeted leads for you, but won't really show you exactly who it finds. The UI is a disaster and clunky, often not saving the work you do requiring you to constantly re-check to see it's set up properly. The messaging is extremely bland and obviously AI. The extent of the personalization is scraping some small piece of info from the prospects LinkedIn/company url and mentioning they read it. Then going into a generic pitch based on your website. We have been using it for 2 months now and have gotten ZERO quality leads/interactions from it. **What problems is Artisan Sales solving and how is that benefiting you?** It's supposed to be helping reduce manual tasks of researching and customizing messaging for each prospect.
