Artisan Pricing FAQs

Generated using AI
Is Artisan free, or does it offer a free trial?

No. According to G2 data, Artisan does not offer a free plan or free trial. Users need to purchase a paid plan to access the product. Visit the seller's official pricing page for current pricing details and plan options.

Who is Artisan pricing best suited for?

Artisan's pricing is best suited for small businesses and startups running lean sales teams that need to replace or augment SDR headcount without hiring. G2 reviewers from IT, computer software, financial services, and consumer services segments consistently report strong ROI at this scale. Mid-market teams scaling outbound across multiple reps and segments align well with Artisan's Scale tier. Enterprise buyers in financial services and education management appear on G2 as well, gravitating toward custom volume and dedicated strategic support. Artisan is less suited for teams with highly niche personas, such as EDU-focused outreach, where G2 reviewers note the contact database skews business-oriented.

What are the key differences between the free and paid versions of Artisan?

Artisan offers no free tier or free trial based on G2's pricing data for Artisan. All access begins at the Team tier, which covers roughly 2,500 leads contacted per month and includes the full platform: every campaign type, autonomous replies, meeting booking, 250M-plus verified B2B contacts, and Salesforce and HubSpot sync. Artisan's Scale tier raises volume to approximately 6,000 leads per month and adds a dedicated CSM and CRM setup. Artisan's Enterprise tier unlocks custom lead volume, a forward-deployed strategist, full onboarding buildout, and advanced security controls. All tiers are custom-quoted. The AI dialer is an add-on across all plans.

Is Artisan considered good value for its pricing?

Artisan's pricing draws mixed but mostly positive value signals from G2 reviewers. Multiple reviewers explicitly flag cost as steep, particularly at scale, yet most still rate Artisan highly. A recurring framing from G2 users is that Artisan effectively replaces a full-time SDR or BDR, making the per-license cost feel justified against headcount savings. One G2 reviewer noted saving two-thirds of conventional consultant fees; another cited a fivefold increase in weekly outreach capacity. Negative value sentiment clusters around early-stage product gaps, generic AI messaging, and a credit-based model that penalizes misconfiguration. Best value is realized by teams with high outbound volume who invest time in proper setup.

"Cost-Effective Lead Generation with Learning Curve"
5/5
What do you like best about Artisan?

I like that Artisan Sales saves me two-thirds of the cost when compared to the conventional email marketing consultant fees. It effectively solves pipeline weakness by bringing me leads from practically nothing besides the setup cost and the time setting it up. Additionally, I appreciate the connection with HubSpot, which helps bring warm leads into the pipeline. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Artisan?

The cost is a little steep and there’s a legitimate learning curve to get started. While setting up initial campaigns you have to really take the time to learn the ropes so you are efficient with the credit usage. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effective Email Personalization, Needs LinkedIn Enhancement"
3.5/5
What do you like best about Artisan?

I like the advanced filtering in Artisan Sales and how it gives a human-like voice and touch to the emails. The initial setup was easy too. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Artisan?

I couldn't find LinkedIn outreach in Artisan Sales, and it seems like all the campaigns are focused on email sequencing. Also, it asks for credits for everything, which is kind of a hassle. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
