"Automates Outreach, Boosts Customer Acquisition, Keeps costs low"
5/5
What do you like best about Artisan?

I like that Artisan Sales identifies and reaches out to property managers, facility directors, HOAs, apartment communities, retail centers, and other multi-location businesses without having to manually build every list and point myself. It builds a more repeatable outbound motion with better prospecting, cleaner targeting, and stronger sequences. The ease of setup was also a plus, as it took less than one day to get going. I found it very easy to come on board with Artisan Sales, even though it required a little bit of work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Artisan?

I'd like automated text integration built in. For now, I built my own using AI, Zapier, and a Google Sheet. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Artisan Streamlines High-Volume Outreach with AI-Augmented Messaging"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Artisan?

Artisan offloads much of the high-volume outreach work for our startup, allowing our salespeople to focus on activities that require a human in the loop, rather than spending hours getting to that point. The AI augmented messaging helps us get more actionable and positive responses from potential prospects, effectively replacing a full time SDR with just the cost of a few licenses. What do you dislike about Artisan?

A few months ago I would have said that I didn't love the lack of ability to attach files in a response, but that has since been fixed. We find it difficult having to consistently reconnect mailboxes, as there have been responses missed due to disconnected mailboxes, but we've amended this behavior on our end to mitigate. "Intuitive and Efficient Lead Generation Tool with Stellar Response Rates"
5/5
What do you like best about Artisan?

I find Artisan very intuitive and it has been great at crafting personalized messages, which has led to way better response rates than previous tools I've used. I'm seeing a 3.7% response rate, which is a big improvement over the less than 1% response rate on other software, and it's generating legit enterprise-size leads. The initial setup was extremely fast, just a few clicks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Artisan?

There are some minimal platform glitches when trying to create lists or delete contacts from a list. I'm still working on integrating HubSpot to exclude existing customers. The glitches just seem like temporary bugs, not anything functionally wrong with the software. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Ava has become our go-to for lead generation"
5/5
Describe the project or task Artisan helped with:

Artisan takes away much of the manual work behind outbound: building target lists, personalizing outreach, and managing follow-up sequences without needing an SDR team to handle every step.

For us, that means we can run focused account-based campaigns, such as a UAE list built around specific companies, without spending days researching contacts and writing individual emails. With clear guidance, the messaging is usually strong enough that we only need to make small edits rather than rewrite everything. That leaves more time for campaign strategy, active deals, and responding to prospects who engage. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Artisan?

The messaging is strong when you give it meaningful context. Deep personalization brings in enough detail that emails feel written for the individual, not pulled from a template. The coaching points also give us control over tone, language, and the key messages we want included throughout the sequence, not only in the first email.

The company lists and exclusions are useful for keeping targeting precise. Once set up properly, they made it much easier to build a focused account list. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Sales Operations and Enablement Lead"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Artisan?

What I like best about Artisan is how efficiently it lets us personalize outreach at scale. The platform is highly customizable, so we can tailor campaigns to match our style and approach rather than being forced into a rigid workflow. The analytics are also strong and help us understand performance and continuously improve our results.

Beyond the product itself, the customer support is excellent. The team genuinely listens to customer feedback, develops quickly, and consistently delivers meaningful improvements to the platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Artisan?

Because Artisan is developing so quickly, there can occasionally be a learning curve as new features and improvements are introduced. Some workflows may take a little time to fine-tune, but the responsive customer support team helps resolve issues quickly and actively incorporates feedback. "Streamlined Sales Process with Artisan Sales"
5/5
What do you like best about Artisan?

I use Artisan Sales for AI-generated automated outbound tasks like emails, calls, and LinkedIn DMs. Campaign setup is easy, saving a lot of time because it used to take ages to build campaigns and lead lists, draft emails, and plan with the SDR team. Now it's done in minutes! I appreciate that the product has access to .md files with context about our business and personas, making it effortless to map out an Ideal Customer Profile, give instructions, build sequences, and generate messages. The filtering is intuitive, and I don't have to switch tools – everything is in one place. The personalization at scale is great, and it gets a response rate similar to humans. Initial setup was simple, with a 10/10 onboarding experience, which was much-needed compared to having various tools stitched together that required constant attention. It's a no-brainer for us because of the agentic nature of the product. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Artisan?

Call functionality today is basic, essentially like a beta product. I wouldn't switch to Artisan Sales if I already had a dialer in place. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless Lead Management, good start that needs some improvements"
3.5/5
What do you like best about Artisan?

I like how everything in Artisan Sales is automated. The automation and personalization of the messages are actually quite good, which results in a higher response rate. Normally, it would take a lot of time to personalize each message, and other tools claimed to offer personalized messages but did not do it with good quality. Artisan Sales does it pretty well, allowing huge customization in structuring messages. Having everything in one place makes life easier. The initial setup was extremely easy. What do you dislike about Artisan?

I think the UX UI could be a bit better. Sometimes it's a bit lagging, or you have to refresh the website, click a button. I would say it's quite rudimentary in terms of UX UI, but the main functionality really works. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Efficient Time Management with Room for Email Improvements"
4/5
What do you like best about Artisan?

I like Artisan Sales because it works even when I'm not working, especially on the back end. It helps me reach out to more people and cast a wider net, touching accounts that I haven't interacted with in a while. It allows me to focus on the accounts I personally want to unlock without leaving other accounts unattended. I also find that Artisan Sales is valuable because time is my most important asset, and it helps me maximize my time by reaching out to new people and accounts. The initial setup was pretty easy for me as a rep, and since then, I've been receiving responses, which has been great. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Artisan?

Sales can improve is the forwarding of the emails when we get a response. I noticed that the format of the email forwarded to me is always hard to read and understand. I would like to have a clearer view of the outbound that has been done and the response so I can best accommodate myself to continue the conversation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Easy, Light-Touch Lead Gen—But Call Fit and Full Email Transcripts Need Work"
3.5/5
What do you like best about Artisan?

I think the obvious answer here is the fact that it works for you in the background, is pretty light touch once it's up and running and generate high quality leads for your business. The interface is simple too, and I enjoy receiving the email updates when Ava has booked something in for me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Artisan?

At first, the leads it generated were actually quite spotty and not a great fit for us. This is partially our fault, and now we've tweaked the system it work much better. Even so, it'll still set up calls with tiny companies that we don't have any interest in.

Additionally, I'd like it if Ava sent the entire email transcript once a call has been booked in, rather than just a snippet - this would be useful for the sales staff without access to the platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Save Time and Protect Your Domain with Artisan Sales"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Artisan?

I like how Artisan Sales saves time by automating the sending of emails when prospecting, which avoids having to do it manually one by one. I also highly value the ability to create alternative emails to protect our main domain and prevent them from being sent to SPAM, which is very useful for maintaining the integrity of the domain. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Artisan?

I think that like any automation platform, it's the precision and accuracy. You have to be checking before allowing emails to be sent to ensure they are correct. Also, it's quite a lot of work to get a response to schedule a demo haha. The initial setup is not that simple, but anyone with a bit of knowledge can handle it.
