I would have to honestly say there were some areas when the system yields difficulty in working with my LTO tape library. It is a supported library but there have been challenges, allbeit maybe one or two instances I can remember; where I needed to get support involved on the matter. I have full backups every night almost 2TB that complete quite reliably. Some issues with external usb drives going offline and back online to cause a failed backup. Exchange backups must be done in two different ways in order to cover your butt and clear log files after a full agent backup. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Support is mainly overseas, and there may be a language issue. Support likes to collect all logs before beginning, delaying solutions for several days while they review the logs. Virtual full backups of exchange do not relieve log files. Now after the latest Veritas BE 21 update, exchange log files are deleted! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
