I like sending my users surveys to understand what they like and don't like about my app. I also can send notes to give users a special message and allow them to send feedback at their will using Message Center. The introduction of list uploads for targeting is a game-changer! I only wish it wasn't limited to 1000 values (temporarily). With this limit, I had to duplicate my note ~60 times to target my entire list. This didn't take too long, but it made my landing page a bit crowded. I have found Apptentive to be an easy-to-use platform that has allowed us to gather app reviews and feedback from real customers. We love how customers can contact us directly in-app and, on our end, we can see their device details so we can easily and quickly identify problems by device and operating system.
