What do you like best about AppNeta?

It is designed for cloud-connected distributed, digital enterprises and used for monitoring app performance. It allows IT teams to continuously monitor the user experience beyond the data center, app, cloud, or network. It has many advanced features such as advanced filters, error reporting, and distributed transactions. It is easy to set up and use. It provides deployment flexibility with virtual and physical monitoring points. It provides insight into internal and external network performance to enhance delivery app delivery. What do you dislike about AppNeta?

The implementation requires strong network bandwidth. So, you cannot use the tool if you have a slow internet connection. The free trials are not available. Graphs need to be improved. The training videos are not much helpful and you have to work with a support person to understand it completely and find the correct information. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is AppNeta solving and how is that benefiting you?

It provides a feature "Trace View" to determine trends in performance quickly. It assists to isolate, fix or track the outliers affecting the performance of the application. The web interface is very easy to use. The custom dashboard is easy to understand, provides a wide variety of statistics regarding the app under review, and provides all things regarding network analysis. It is the best tool to identify performance bottlenecks. It provides insights into service performance from a target user point of view. It is a flexible solution and can be deployed into the cloud and on-premise. It eliminates the need for expensive overhead and covers all the bases of infrastructure. What do you like best about AppNeta?

This product can consume the high internet speed so always contain the connectivity and networking for using this application because its installation is necessary for full working. AppNeta is used to monitor the SaaS-based applications on the cloud and it helps us to provide the full supervision of every file and folder to locate the project. Hence, we are amazed to watch its working to protect the high ends and also provides help in decoding the files in the system. It's a lot more beneficial to understand its feature first before buying this software for unlimited benefits. What do you like best about AppNeta?

I like the support at AppNeta they are very helpful and knowledgeable of the product. I find that it is easy to setup the unit in no time Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about AppNeta?

The training for the product it is not as easy to find the answers you want. You need to work with a support person in order to find the right information. There E-learning is not as great and they need to run more videos to show what their product can do Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering AppNeta:

I reccommend to use their support as often as you like because the courses that are available are not always directly related to the assessment you are trying to do. The product is easy to deploy but you must read all the documentation for the proper positioning of the unit Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I am currently trying to find out why a client is experiencing jitter and clipping on all their calls. I am narrowing it down to a certain point in the hope that I can find out why it is happening Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about AppNeta?

I have a M30 Network monitoring device and it is a great piece of hardware. It does everything that I want it to do Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about AppNeta?

I would like to see videos of the product on how to set it up correctly. I find some of the support documents do not make sense until someone shows you it. Also when searching documentation you have to be very specific what you are looking for Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering AppNeta:

They are very good on providing support, I have opened numerous tickets and they are very good at working with me. Some of the reporting is not clear but I have a pretty strong relationship that they are willing to take the time and effort to work with them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is AppNeta solving and how is that benefiting you?

I do a lot of voice assessments and I need to verify if the customer's network is ready for voice so I am able to use the unit to run simulated tests. I had an issue with bandwidth at one site and I was able to verify that the carrier did not provide the proper bandwidth for my site Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about AppNeta?

One of my favorite features is the TraceView. It provides code-level, deep-request tracing for 90 days of operational data from all major development platforms, including, Java, the Microsoft .NET Framework, Ruby, Python and PHP.
