**What do you like best about Appier AiDeal?**

Appier AiDeal provides managed services, so no operational efforts are needed for marketers. The onboarding process and technical integration is fast and easy, reducing the friction of adopting new digital tools. The dashboard is clean and simple, thus making it easy for marketers to track performance. AiDeal adopts AI optimization and deep learning model to boost web conversion rates in an effective way. The cost is relatively affordable compared to other AI-driven SaaS.

**What do you dislike about Appier AiDeal?**

The fact that it only pops up coupon in-web. AiDeal does not support other common marketing channels that marketers, e.g. SMS, web-push, APP-push, email. I wish AiDeal can incorporate these channels in their features as well.

**What problems is Appier AiDeal solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Low website conversion rates. It increases CVR in the hesitant user group by delivering coupons to users in this segment instead of the whole site, thus maintaining and brand image and reduce coupon costs.
